Since students spend over 70% of their adult lives in a profession, choosing the right career is one of life's most critical decisions. At Career Map, we believe this choice must be supported by expert insights, scientific assessments, and dedicated guidance to ensure long-term fulfilment.
Mr. Jasobant Narayan Singhlal is a distinguished Career Counsellor, Motivational Trainer, and Employability & Parenting Coach, with over 17 years of expertise in training and counselling across India.
Academically, he holds a Postgraduate degree in English and is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Literature at VSSUT, Burla. He is also a BEC-certified trainer from the British Council and an International Meta NLP Certified Practitioner from the Neuro Semantics Society, USA.
He is empanelled as a Master Career Counsellor and Consultant with UNICEF, RBI, OSEPA, and the Department of Higher Secondary Education (Government of Odisha), delivering career counselling services to over 22 lakh students across 30 districts.
As a trainer, he has worked with prestigious institutions and organizations including Madhusudan Academy (OAS & OFS), Indian Oil, OPTCL, Tata Power, TCS, Power Grid Corporation, GMR, and Emami. He is also a well-regarded Teacher Trainer and a recognized speaker featured on platforms such as 92.7 Big FM, All India Radio, OTV, Naxatra News, and News World Odisha.
In his role as Founder & Director of Career Map, Mr. Singhlal is committed to establishing at least 100 Career Counselling Cells in CBSE and ICSE schools across Odisha by 2025, in alignment with the vision of NEP 2020.
His two-fold mission is clear: to empower and guide the youth towards meaningful careers, and to nurture and develop impactful educators who can shape future generations.
