Identity Group, since 2012, has been operational in the arena of Training & Counseling in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. We have also registered our presence in Andhra Pradesh, Chhatisgarh, Kolkata, Jharkhand and Punjab.
We render our Training services to Corporates, Schools, Colleges (Technical and Management). We conduct assessments, Induction Program for New recruitees, behavioural, Technical, & Leadership workshops for corporate executives, Employability Training for Engineering and management students at Universities, Teachers Training, Faculty Development Programmes (FDP), Train The Trainers (TTT). Under Counseling, We specialize in Career and Behaviour Counseling, Career Psycometric Assessment Test, Mentorship for the students, and Parenting
We at IDENTITY, emphasize on Human Capital Development of the Organization. In addition to the extensive industrial experience in human management, we have a very robust pool of expertise. We design and deliver high impact development programs and a wide range of consultancy services that produce outstanding human performance in organizations. In a span of 9 years we have a very strong clientele for all of our services. Till date we have 90+ clients who are still continuing with us which speaks volume of our training effectiveness.

About Founder

Jasobant Narayan Singhlal is the Founder & Managing Director of Identity Group, Bhubaneswar. He is an established Corporate Trainer, a Master Trainer (Campus to Corporate), a Motivational Speaker, an established Career Counsellor, and Parenting Guide. He has been spearheading the Training and Counselling under the umbrella of IDENTITY GROUP in Bhubaneswar since June 2012. His two folded vision is to empower, guide the youth towards a bright career and to empower and produce impactful educators.
